Introduction

The LG X Power 2 focuses on providing long battery backup with its massive 4,500 mAh battery. In spite of housing a large battery, the LG X Power weighs just 164g and measures 154.7 x 78.1 x 8.4 mm.

Display & Camera
The display on the LG X-Power is a 5.5-inch high definition IPS LCD display. The display is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for better durability. One can expect the display to provide good viewing angles as LG has always been good at its IPS LCD panels. The LG X Power comes with a 13-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The primary camera is equipped with contrast detect autofocus and a LED flash. Both the cameras are capable of recording Full HD videos.

Software & Performance
The LG X Power runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) operating system. The user interface has customised looks just like all the other LG smartphone devices in the market that are powered by Android OS. The device is powered by Mediatek MT6750 chipset that houses a quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU and a Mali-T860MP2 GPU. Considering the price of the device, the provided chipset is not up to the mark in the performance criteria. The Mediatek MT6750 is an entry-level chipset that is intended to power low-resolution displays and not the high-resolution display like the one on the LG X Power 2 ; this will undoubtedly impact the performance of the device. The chipset is paired with 2GB of RAM. The LG X-Power 2 has 16GB of internal storage with a dedicated microSD card slot to upgrade the storage up to 256GB.

Battery & Connectivity
The USP of the LG X Power 2 is its large 4,500 mAh battery that can provide all day battery backup even under heavy usage. Although, the battery backup varies as per the usage. The LG X Power supports fast battery charging too. The connectivity on the LG X Power includes dual-SIM 4G, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, GPS, microUSB port for charging and syncing, and a 3.5mm audio jack for listening to music.
